So Ive looked through the load data posted here on AA9 and noticed a lot of people using the mag primers with this powder. One of my manuals states to use the mag primer, the other does not, it suggests WLP's (which I know some say works for both).

I'm wanting to work up some loads with this powder that I recently purchased. Should I use the magnum primers or not?

I most definitely would... Sets of 100 are cheap. Test both, compare and contrast!

Very true, and I have 1k of 350s and even more 300's. Now if I only had a chrono.....

A9 is the one and only powder with which I use 350s - with good results. I've found 350s to be overkill with other powders though.

Thanks for the info. I tend to shy away from them as my experience with 800x and 350's has shown the most pressure symptoms of anything I've loaded so far. This wasn't extreme pressure symptoms, but a clearly visible albeit small glock smile (with a KKM barrel).
