OK, here is my problem. I have been loading cast bullets using a Lee 452-228-1R mold for my 1911, Mech-Tec, and Enfield.

My problem is that I now have a Taurus 455 and the gun doesn't like the short ogive. To get it to fit in the chamber without using a rubber mallet I have to load it stupid short where it causes feeding issues in my other guns. Does anyone know of a Lee mold that would do better ? I am leaning toward the 452-230-TC, but am unsure if the taper is enough to let me fit it in the chamber without going stupid short.

My other option is the 452-200-SWC whose pic I for some reason can't get to load, but you can see it here.

I really like the 452-228-1R, so I'll keep loading ammo for those guns that take it and either get another mold for the revolver loads or just load stupid short and adjust the powder accordingly.

    Thanks for any advice
