can you blu-tooth a laptop to a cell phone...

    to surf the net my cell plan has unlimited internet but my phone is not net friendly no keyboard keypad on the phone makes it hard to surf.

  2. Yes, generally you can do it. Or you can connect the phone with a USB cable. In both cases the laptop will see the phone as a dial-up modem. What's the phone model, and who's your wireless provider?

    sure.

    You need to see if your cell plan includes something called "tethering". If it doesn't, you'll be charged extra.

    Usually, it's a feature you see associated with smart phones, so it would really be dependent on which specific model phone you have.

    what specific model phone and do you have tethering as part of your plan?
    it may also show up as "phone as modem"
