    Hey all,

The reason I'm asking here is, well, this is the smartest section of GT. Or at least the most sarcastic, which works the same way. That and I'll explain in a minute.

I rent a place from my boss. He owns a lot which had 4 small homes and a storage shed of his on it. Note I said HAD. About 3 weeks ago, my neighbors place burned down, and it took the shed with it (including the classic cars it contained). The people who had been living there lost everything, but hark! This was the 4th or 5th time this happened to them. So the fire chief decided an investigation was warranted, and but the tape barricade up, telling us we couldn't go inside the tape.

Keep in mind that was 3 weeks ago. Since then, the fire marshal or whomever is reponsible for these investigations hasn't come out. The news paper said the following week (publishs once a week, on Thursdays) that the fire was being investigated by the Kentucky State Police, which is why I'm asking about things here.

Is KSP responsible for these investigations? Or is it the fire marshal? Is this long a time normal to come out and do what they need to?

    Mm..looks like heaven
Where are you at? I'm assuming someplace rural, since KSP usually handles stuff like that outside of Lou/Lex.

Yeah, that's KSP turf, since local folks don't have the necessary resources to do the investigation.

That's Post 15, and their number is 270-384-4796. If you need more info about a time frame for being able to enter the property, theynshould be able to tell you. But, what they can tell you may not be much, due to this being an ongoing investigation.
