CAA mag vs others

    I was wondering what you think the the ar15 30rd mags by CAA? How do they compare with PMAG? and others?
    I realize that magpul it probably the best. I do not have any pmags. I just got a CAA mag and it seems ok. I do not have any promags either. I not interested in buying any promags. I don't think the thermold mags are very good either.

    More than likely it'll be an okay mag for range use, at least for a while. I'd not use it in a defensive capacity.

    The most common cause of malfunctions are faulty magazines. I would only use quality mags. PMAG’s, USGI, Lancers, and a couple others.
    Since you already have the CAA, run it and see how it does but I wouldn’t buy any more.

    For plinking sure. Otherwise......I'd use a Thermold before I used anything CAA, and that's saying something.........


    All my mags are PMags or USGI.

    I have a few of them, and they don't work as well as my pmags or my GI mags. I still have a few NIW, I got them for $8 each at a gun show last year.
