I just made some really good burgers.

    2 lbs of burger
1 tsp salt (I used sea salt)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder

In 3 of the burgers I equally divided 4 oz. of blue cheese and pressed into the center. Grilled them. Mine was topped with a nice slice of red onion and Franks Hot Wing Sauce. Yummo.:grill:

    2 LBs Ground Sirloin
    3/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    Oregano

Let the meat marinate in the sauce for a bit. Then add the powders and mash it all together. Make into patties and grill.
Just before taking them off the grill, add a little oregano to taste. Top with Cracker barrel cheddar cheese slices. Yummy!!

I thnk I'll try your way next time I make them tho, that sounds tasty too.

    :)

We made blue cheese cheeseburgers last night. We used a stronger blue. They smelled like feet, but tasted good. Topped them with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
