    Interesting but I don't think it takes into account nearly enough variables.

    For example I would say its very rare that in a pandemic you should bug out. There's too much risk of infection in transit, but then again if you don't have duct tape and plastic sheeting you're probably just as vulnerable at home if the pathogen is airborne.

    As always its totally situation dependent.
