Breaking: 777 missing over Viet Nam

    Malaysian Air has a jet flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing missing over Viet Nam. 240 Pax and crew on board. S&R activated in Viet Nam and China.

    No, the 777 is a single but they show a double in the picture, that must be an A-380 as that is the only double in the Malaysian fleet.

    Very sad. I worked for Boeing as a design engineer on the 777. Hopefully people have survived this tragedy.
