I like the way they drive/ride and they are out on ebay in the 16-18k range.

The local Suz-Kaw-Skidoo-etc., shop had one sitting in the parking lot last week. Charcoal grey. The service manager said they are built on a snowmobile frame. Dunno.

They don't ride like motorcycles. Many states consider them to be cars (California is one of them).

I rode a demo in Daytona. They are cool! The do have characteristics between a snowmobile and a ATV.

I've ridden them 2xs, this sounds crazy but, there is way too much safety equipment on the bike to keep it from being "fun".

no lean angle, counter steering, it has traction control. it would have to have a "stable mate" to make it into the garage. That said, it is exactly what I would want for my wife to ride.

That's because it's not a "bike". It should belong in the cager forum.:steamed:

Until I ride (drive?) one, I'll feel that - like many other three wheeled vehicles - this thing provides all the vulnerability of a motorcycle, and very little of the fun. If I want wind and air, I'll drive a nice convertible, and not have to dress like I'm on Mars.

My wife took a basic riding course a number of years ago. She was coming down with a cold and the day afterwards had an ear infection so her balance was probably off. But she had a terrible time, dropped the bike several times. After the class she had no interest whatsoever it riding a bike anymore.

I could probably get her to ride one of these.

I really think it's made for people who don't ride motorcycles.
