Black or Blue Box?

    My new Sig Platinum Elite .40 came with a black box. I've noticed blue boxes on gunbroker as NIB. What's the deal?
     
  2. they've switched to black, but some older new stock may come in blue.

    My P225, picked up earlier this year came in the black case. A great looking pistol .... :woohoo:
     
  4. My new P229e2 came in newer black case that is the same size as a glock case . My 220 carry elite dark and 239/DAK 40 came in a standard black cases the same size as my 220 red CPO case .

    It was a CPO Sig then.

    My new P226 9mm came in a black box with a mfg date of July 2010.
