I don't know how she did it, but my wive gave me a Deutches Reich 1936 5 mark Paul VonHindenburg/Berlin Olympics coin and I know nothing about coins. What's the best way to display this coin so that both sides are protected from the elements? thanks, HH

BTW: it is not an uncirculated coin....just everyday Nazi pocket change.

I couldn't tell ya and I know nothing of coins but you make this one sound interesting, do you have any pics? I've been intrigued by coins even though I know nothing about them.

Go to a coin shop and get a plastic protective coin case.

Do they make pedestal ones so that both sides are visable? Thanks, HH

Bring the coin with you to the shop, most places will have several types of protective cases for sale. There is a screw together clear plastic round case, you can use the standard cardboard sleeve or look for a type that snaps together. The reason I say to bring it with you is because the size is probably different then US or Canadian coins so you might not get a perfect fit. Also try to handle the coin on the rim, and put it in something like an envelope when you take it to the shop, any metal in your pocket could damage it.

And how would you pronounce desplay? Is it like some kind of French accent or maybe with a South American dialect.

NO before you get pissy HH try it.

    1) French Accent (Napoleon style)
    2) Californian Fruit Picker slow Hispanic draw......
