I hate rust. Who doesn't? Several solutions are available on the market.

Has anyone ever had any experience with "BullFrog" rust inhibitor products?

What have you found that works! Do you store in a sock/rug or in open air?

    Thanks.

  2. No experience with BullFrog, but Corrosion-X is excellent stuff.

  3. Breakfree work. I have go luck with a product I am using in my gunsmith shop
    Max Lube Gun Cleaner.

I shoot Glocks. I don't worry much about rust.

Breakfree and Eezox are two of the best corrosion inhibitors on the market. A light coat of either of these products on something stored in the open air should be all you need to do to stop rust. I only use 'socks' or 'rugs' for transport - I don't store anything in them long-term.

    Hope this helps.

Anybody heard of something called the Tetra System? It's 3 or 4 different chemicals all designed for various types of parts and finishes. I'm lazy but if it works I'll buy/try it.
