I sold a R1E yesterday to get the money together for a STI Trojan, the CRP model from Dawson Precision. Then I realized for the amount I'm spending I could go just a little more and get a Trojan set up to my own specs or for just a hair more loot I can go top of the line and get a STI USPSA. Since I'm going to be using the gun for USPSA SS division the choice seems obvious but truth is I'm not sure about the recoil master system or the sabre serrations. So...for my purposes...which gun would you get and why? Price is not an issue, but I want a STI.

I'd probably go with the USPSA. I'm not a fan fan of the serrations either, but the Trojan's serrations are ugly too.

The USPSA has a forged frame and a steel main spring housing.
