I recently acquired a 70 series Colt Gov't model. I would like to replace the collett bushing with a solid one. Seems that the MGW and Colt bushings get good feedback in the drop-in category. Does anyone have an experience based opinion on the better choice? Thanks.

i used a Ed Brown on my 9mm Loaded and it's a nice fit, since the dimensions were correct.

with EGW, you can take measurements and they will send you a custom sized bushing.

Yep, this is the best method short of taking it to a smith. Why would you want a sloppy one sized fits all?
