    that sound reminded me of the time when i heard my ankle snap...ouch!

    Wow that was very loud. Playing softball years ago some guy was rounding second base and all of the sudden POP! Snapped his femur. The whole field heard that. *cringe*

    I've been told to watch for 3 clicks on my elbow
    1st click is just a sprain , and the 3rd is when it breaks
    One of the guys I rolling w/ framed his forearm on my neck to posture up
    That didnt feel good hehe

    Agreed! When the lock is in place, no shame in tapping. Reminds me of a quote I heard..."It is better to swallow your pride than your blood."

    ..bottomline, always be mindful when you guys roll. dont do anything stupid that can endanger yourself or your opponent. sport jiujitsu is an enjoyable sport no doubt about it but there are limits to what you can do on and off the mats.
