    Conv - 225x5x10 paused
    DB rows - 65x4x11
    Machine rows - 140x3x10
    Barbell curls - 85x15, 12, 9

    Think I've finally adjusted to the added volume. Hope it nets some positive results.

    355x7 is a conventional record for me.

    405x5 is a new Conv deadlift record for me. Word up.

    445x2 is an all time PR on conv deads for me. Good stuff.:supergrin:

    Finally hit a wall on deads.

    Did 365x6 paused and it was brutal, and should not have been.

    My squats have been comming around, and my legs are getting smoked and still tired on deadlift day.

    When I did the 365 i could feel my legs holding me back, and it turned more into a SLDL. Comical stuff. :supergrin:

    Atleast 365x6 is a new 6RM for me. :rofl:

    415x3 felt heavier than it should have. Gotta regroup. :supergrin:

    Changed some things around and it seems to be working.

    Pulled 455x2 paused conventional.

    Thats an all time Conv PR for me.:supergrin:

    This is only 20lbs under my all time sumo max.

    Trying high rep assistance work. And trying to squat after deads. Its good for the lower back. :supergrin:

    2nd Bench day (supposed to be a light day but I felt decent)

    Paused bench - 225x2, 235x2, 245x2, 255x2, 265x1
    Seated Mil Press - 100x3x10
    Skullcrushers - 80x3x15
    Ab wheel 3x10

    Probably went too heavy on this bench day, and it will effect my normal heavy day. We'll see.

    We'll also see if I remember to post. :rofl:

    2nd week of deads cycle. Felt good.

    I've decided to do a very basic routine, and bailed on hitting everything twice a week. Was getting burnt out, and probably lifting too heavy on my 2nd day.

    Gonna stick with 2 lifts a day with a little more volume, lifting just 4x a week. So far I like how it feels.
