    Inverted rows - 4x12 feet elevated
    Machine rows - 140x3x8
    Barbell curls - 95x12, 10, 8

    Thats a conv record for me. Felt good.

    Slowly creeping up on my sumo records.

    Narrow grip - 165x5x8
    Nosebreakers - 110x5x12
    Incline DB - 65x1x9

    Working on adding more volume. 10 sets of bench outta do it.

    Speed deads (which I use as a deload)

    Conv - 255x5x3 plus chains
    Conv - 225x5x10
    DB rows - 65x12, 12, 12, 10
    Machine rows - 140x3x9
    Barbell curls - 85x14, 12, 10

    Still doing home brewed deads cycle, but stole my deads assistance from 5/3/1 Boring but Big. I like the extra volume.

    10 sets of deads is good for the soul. :supergrin:

  7. I see the porcelain god when I go balls out on my deadlifting. His name is "American Standard".

    I sometimes see him on squat day as well. He is a an unforgiving god and demands his sacrifice of semi-digested oatmeal and whey protein.

    Bench day....

    Flat - 215x3, 235x3, 255x3, 235x3, 215x3
    Narrow grip - 185x5x6
    Nosebreakers - 120x5x12
    Incline DB - 50x18 (as a finisher)

    All felt good. I like the volume. 10 sets of bench is good for the soul. (dejavu all over again). :supergrin:

    Barbell curls - 75x18, 14, 11

    315x10 is a new 10RM for me. Felt good.

    Curls sucked. I hate the pump. Tried to mix it up with higher reps and whined like a little girl between sets.

    Eye, we need to invent a "Pump be gone" supplement. :supergrin:

    I think I might start doing curls again just because.

    I don't do curls, but I love the pump in my triceps and traps after heavy overhead pressing and dumbbell pressing, and in my quads and hams after squatting.

    I'm not doing enough volume right now to really get any appreciable pump. As long as I've been out I went all the way back to Starting Strength.

    Which is good, because getting crazy pumps is kinda bothersome. I get back pumps now because I'm a big fattie, but that's about it.

    Dislike it in my biceps and quads.

    Seated Mil press - 140x5x3, then 6th set of 5.
    Bent rear laterals - 20x4x15
    Ab wheel - 4x12
    Planks - 1:00 with 2 sets of chains
