    Deadlift day

    Conv - 415x3 paused
    Sumo - 415x3 paused
    Conv - 225x12 paused
    Inverted Rows - 15, 13, 13, 13
    Barbell curls - 95x4x8
    Incline Curls - 35x3x12

    Conv 415x3 is a new 3RM max for me, so that was real cool. Felt very good. Been a while for a new true PR.

    Soon I may be better at pulling conv than sumo. Never would've expected that.

    More oddball conditioning.

    BNP 45x20
    30 jumping jacks

    Rest 1 min, repeat 10x

    These fried my delts. Nothing like 200 reps of behind neck press. Its amazing how hard jumping jacks are near the end when your shoulders dont want to fire.

    Nosebreakers - 140x12, 10, 10, 10
    Dips - 3x15
    Incline DB - 65x3x8

    140x12 is a PR on nosebreakers for me. Most weight I've ever handled.

    Couple of PR's today...

    Flat bench - 290x1
    Nosebreakers - 150x13, 10, 10, 10
    Dips - 3x15
    Incline DB - 65x3x8

    290 is an all time PR for me. Pretty close to my goal of 300. Was scheduled to do singles with 270 but the 1st one felt so good I figured I could hit 290 that day.

    And 150 on nosebreakers is another PR as well.

    I think it was fading before the Professor left. I can't support my theory, but I think it started to die when we started keeping logs. The good, bad and ugly thread was keeping this forum active. The individual logs have killed that thread. I believe the log idea was pro's, so I blame him for killing GT Strength. If I could find a good old person fitness forum I would probably just post there.

    Actually the personal log idea was all mine. :embarassed:

    To me it seemed like some folks accomplishments were getting buried and/or missed. Kinda seemed like a jumble.

    But the proof is in the pudding.

    Still was puking this morning, not good.

    But managed to deadlift a little.

    Pulled 345x7 conv paused and 345x7 sumo paused.

    Thats actually a new 7RM on conv for me.

    Warmed up to 315, then puked up breakfast, and went for the scheduled cycle. :supergrin:

    Strength levels are still down from when I was sick. Gonna try some lighter added volume and see what happens.
