Looking into a Sig p229 in either .40S&W or .357SIG. I would like to get the .357 but im a little wary of ammo availability. Where do you get your .357SIG ammo? What does a box of plinking/range ammo usually run you?

And yes, I know it's spelled fellow, but I can't change it anymore.

No, it's not spelled "fellow", it's spelled "feller". Maybe we need to revoke your "Southern Card". :wavey:

(I don't shoot 357SIG yet, but I would check out price and availability from Ga. Arms over in Villa Rica.)

Georgia Arms sells decent quality 357SIG reloads for a very reasonable price. It's not the most consistent ammo around, but it'll do just fine for close range practice. Last I checked, it still went for $155 per 500.

For JHP, check SG Ammo - under $30 a box for Winchester Ranger or Speer Gold Dots in 50 round boxes.
