Although I am usually immune to gimmick ammo, I bought some of this today on a whim in a store. I have read good things about the company. I will try them out in a J Frame this week and try & calculate the "TPM"........tumbles per minute. :whistling:

If you reload, purchase some swedged HBWC bullets and make your own. This was commonly suggested back in my writing days (late '70's-mid '80's). I made some up using 148gr bullets and tested them in blocks of modeling clay. They expanded to around .50 caliber at close range with normal powder charges. Never tried anything in the +P range.

I have Atomic on my radar. Just waiting for them to get back in stock so I can order some test rounds.

I shot 15 rds. of this today in a J Frame snub and it shot great out to 15 yds. No tumbling and extremely accurate as well as "perky". A tad more than Rem. +p and less than the Buffalo Bore +p.

I would be curious to see how it fares in your tests, Ljutic.
