    Being that the restaurant business is making a stance to get Perdue to veto 89, I feel that we need to politely encourage the Governor to sign HB 89 into law. Marta is not happy about it either. Every call, email and letter counts!

    > Be Polite
    > Be Precise
    > Don't Be Long Winded
    > If You Call, Know What You Want To Say Before Dialing (suggest writing it down even)
    > Use Multiple Methods Of Contact; Do Not Use The Same Message
    > Encourage Other Gun Owners To Contact The Governor, But Remind Them To Be Polite (Make Friends, Don't Burn A Bridge)

    I e-mailed him with my viewpoints.

    We need this bill signed!!!

    I won't even dare ride Marta at night because of the potential danger. This bill would give GA citizens the lawful actions they need to be responsible for their own protection.

    I've called (2X), emailed, and snail-mailed.

    If Perdue was up for re-election, he would have already signed it.

    Since he's a term-limited lame-duck, I think he's going to veto it:steamed:

    I hope he proves me wrong....
