Guys, has anybody seen, bought or fired the new pistols from Armscor, especially the polymer ones.

Please let me know your opinions. I'm thinking of getting one, or maybe you can suggest other options.

Attached is a picture of the mapp1.

It looks like it is just a re-badged Witness P. If so, I have not heard much good about it.

  3. They're made by Tanfoglio of Italy and assembled here at Armscor. They also sell Tanfoglio pistols.

The knock against the EAA Witness has more to do with the lousy
customer service at EAA. EAA imports Tanfoglios, which are
rather decent guns. There are a number of other poly 'CZ' clones,
like the Sarsilmaz Bernardelli offered by WSC.

I highly suggest trying the MAPP at MCS.
I don't know if WCS has a rental Bernardelli, but give
them a call to find out, and to get a price quote.

I heard from Armscor MCS they're coming up with a shorter barreled model of this in .380 format.
    A 14 rounder!
    Concealed firepower.
