I have an Aimpoint COMP M and it has some small scratches on the lens on the shooter side, anyway to fix these? It hasnt bothered me but I am getting ready to refinish the outside and update it so I thought I would try to fix them while I am at it.

I'm sure that it is coated, so anything you do to polish it will destroy the coating. I suspect Aimpoint can replace the lens, but I have no idea whether it would be cost effective or worth the trouble.

I am gonna call them tomorrow, but it doesnt show the Comp M on there list of serviceable dots.

But after looking at (stareing at it) for a long time it looks like it might be the anti glare coating coming off? Its kinda purplish/blue colored around the edges and in the "scratch" areas but clear in the center? I tried removing the bluish in small areas but with no luck.
