Anyone use the Command Arms handguard?

    Anyone use one of these?Found them for 36.00 with a built in pic rail.

    I have the upper and lower and they rock. I also have the SVG (short/stubby vertical grip, very solid works great. it is the last post on the AK pic thread.

    Thanks for the reply, my only concern is melting because of no heat shield, guess there's only one way to find out.

    I have the CAA lower handguard and I've gotten the gun VERY hot with no troubles. The upper, just like any standard configuration upper with a rail, is a horrible way to mount an optic if you want to actually hit targets. If that's what you're intending, you will be disappointed.
