Anyone making a 9mm conversion for XDs 45?

    No because Springfield is making a 9mm XDs. Supposed to come out next month I believe.

    Sorry I think I see now what your asking. If anyone is going to make a conversion so those who already own the .45 don't have to buy the 9 if they want a 9? If that's it I have no clue.

    I honestly wouldn't attempt that.

    The 9mm version will be out this spring.

    I agree, the difference in the breech face between 45 and 9mm is considerable. Of course I don't even trust a 40 to 9mm conversion.

    You'd basically need a whole new slide, as well as barrel.
