Anyone have a cast bullet hand book?

    Im looking for a load and OAL for lead 147 gr FP 9mm with win 231 and titegroup.

    of the 3 manuals i now have (lyman 49th, 15th edition reloading, and complete 9mm reload manual,) only 2 have a load i need, one for tg and the other for 231,

    i really dont want to buy another book for one load right now....

    it doesnt have to be out of that book, any load you have id like to read about

    I don't quite understand your post. If the Lyman has your load with TG, why do you need another load?

    If you really must have it, Hodgon's website is another great source for load data. I believe they also have 231 listed.

    Also, check out this website: http://www.castpics.net/. This is where I get most of my loads from.

    Your manual lists the TESTED OAL. More importantly. What does your barrel ALLOW with your bullets. Figure out that length. Load .005" shorter. Your barrel will probably allow you to load longer then the Lyman data.
     
  4. Lymans 4th edition Cast Bullet Handbook shows the 147 gr. dropped from a Lyman 356637. Is this your bullet?
    It then lists loads for Clays TG BE 700 x Universal Unique N340 WSF SR 4756 (Power Pistol is listed as most accurate). HS 6 True Blue aCC #7 and Blue Dot.
    Which Powder are you using?
