Would be interested in what types holsters each of you like to utilize for CCW while riding.
I am leaning towards using ankle holster.
    Not sure which brand.
All replys will be appreciated. Thanks.

I carry everyday, everywhere! When I ride, I usually carry my keltec p32. Sometimes I will carry my G27 in a fobus OWB holster. If I do go with it on my ankle, its a fobus ankle holster. I have found all three to work well for me. I dont like the Idea of the weapon being on my buke, I want it on me. I feel safer!

I always carry my G36 in a Don Hume Double-nine OWB or a Sidearmor IWB or a Galco fanny pack.

I carry a Null SMZ shoulder unit. Great holster, and it conceals my Bersa 380 well. I've worn it on the bike with my riding jacket as well as day-to-day with an unbottoned overshirt. Also great for long car rides.

I usually carry my G22 in a shoulder holster, or in my tank bag. I always have my P32 in my front pocket.

I also regularly shoot with my riding gloves on as well.

Went riding yesterday and used my Fobus GL2 paddle to carry my G17 and I dont think I could have been more comfortable.

In Ohio, no concealed while riding. Must be open carry or locked in "trunk". That's what I do. Lock my piece in my topcase until I get where I'm going.

I understand what your saying but..Concealed is Concealed weather your driving riding or walking down the street. So if/when I drive through Ohio I have to stop and put it in my saddle bag. Dont make no sense.

Shoulder holster would work well if you wear a riding jacket, you just can't take it off if you go somewhere. I carry IWB most of the time.

I carry my Glock 21 & 30 in a leather concealment jacket. It's comfortable and provides easy access to my firearms.

I'm having a Kevlar lining installed which will provide protection against accidents as well as an attacker.

I always carry while riding. If I have to disarm I can put the gat in the locking saddlebag.

Personally I wouldn't carry with an ankle holster because many motorcycle injuries involve the ankles/lower legs. Shoulder holsters, IWB's belt, and pocket seem to work the best.

    Good luck

For me this is a dilemma; I have thought long and hard on this topic. My only concern would be having un unscheduled get-off while wearing my carry gun. Not a pleasant thought, since during all normal concealed carry, I carry my Kimber COmpact in an IWB VM-2 on my right side. The proposition of crashing with it on my right hip is not appealing. My riding gear prohibits an ankle holster. It seems that about my only option is in a tank bag, but the idea of off-body carry is suboptimal in my opinion....
