was curious what Gary paid if he just bought a used one. I got mine when they first came out. The blue light was flashing bought a lightly used Pro and TGO1 from a hardcore Baer fan for $3100. :cowboy:
Mine was MSRP'ed at $ 3995.
However, I bought my WC Classic SG about 4 months before their cost increase at something like $ 4595 or $ 4695. It was $ 5K out the door with Republik of Kali tax & all.
Bought my Ed Brown ET about 8 months before the cost increase. It was $ 3K out the door With Republike of Kali tax & all. U see them now for $ 3295 not including PRK tax & paperwork.
I am seriously broke & will probably be living & sleeping on somebody's front door step.
If anybody has any SA catalogues showing the TGO series with MSRP, I would like to add that to the list.

Short Cut, I would like to add your serial #, date of manufacture, (guns, not yours), (J/K), date of target, etc. I am not listing whether they are bought new or used, nor prices. but I do intend to add MSRP's & year over the years.

Posted over in the other thread that they use a SA match barrel. I think that the Nowlin barrels did have a few causalities, but I suspect that there was some financial motivation there too. I believe that the early SA Trophy Matches were Nowlin barreled, but I think that they also currently use a SA barrel.

Honestly, I believe it was Springfield's way of making more profit on the gun, but that's just an opinion.
