any real 10mm bullets

  1. I am fairly new to the 10mm but while researching hotter 10mm ammo it seems there are very few hollowpoint bullets that perform well at hotter 10mm velocities. most seem to load .40s that were designed for .40 velocities. checking out videos of gel tests it seems that .40 hollowpoint bullets kind of come unglued and really out of shape at high velocity. for what I have seen it seems the XTP and the Barnes copper bullets do well but many others don't. does any bullet manufacturer actually make a hollowpoint bullet that are designed for real 10mm velocities?

  2. Gold Dot's, Golden Saber Bonded, XTP are HP's that will hold up.

  3. Gold Dot doesn't seem to fare well at higher velocities after watching gel tests.

  4. 200 gr XTPs work for me so I haven't looked any further.

  5. The 200 grain XTP and the Winchester 175 grain Silvertip are the only two currently made mass produced hollow points that are designed for 10mm.
