    A guy i used to know did it,he got me pretty interested in it,but i never got really serious and went out to the ocean.He said he had dove in the gulf,but had run into several jelly fish.That concerned me a bit.Where do you dive?

    Yeah, jellyfish aren't fun. As it turns out, a jellyfish sting is very similar, chemically, to that of a bee sting. Got stung in Puerto Vallarta a few years back that left a scar for about 2.5 years. Learning sucks sometimes... I live in Washington State. The Puget Sound and the coast are both beautiful places to dive up here... I'm surprised nobody on GT is into spearfishing...
