    The decision was made and the CBOB has received and accepted an offer, it is now on pending funds status!

    The question now is will I order another custom LB or will I build an AR-15?

    Looks like he sold a CBOB and is deciding on what to do with the money.

    Question is.... Do you already have an AR?

    An AR is simply what you use to fight to your 1911. Get the Les Baer.

    Yup, and if he does, if and how many other 1911s. I've never understood the conundrum across platforms. :upeyes:

    He can build one for a LOT less and equal the quality IMO. :cool: Or... get a Noveske for that kind of money.

    :rofl::rofl:

    I agree. The only one worth a crap is the Super Varmint/Match. That is a great target rifle, but the others are WAY over priced and not much under the hood. But then again the SV/SM are WAY overpriced too.

    I like the Les Baer 1911s and have had good luck with the two I've owned.

    I'm not sure that I would order one right now. I have a very simple build (blued hardballer with no cocking serrations or sight dovetails) that's over 100 days out and no word on delivery date.

    I heard that they got a new shop and are swamped with orders. I hope their quality doesn't slip.

    No, I am itching to get one. But I don't think I want a LB AR, I am sure they are nice but I think if I go with the AR I would like to build one from precompiled kits.
