This is one of my favorite cars, owned by the same guy since the mid fifties. I fitst saw it in 1956. Of all the European type customs, this one out Europeans them all.

    It's an easy one.

Is it European made or European style? If it's European made, I'll guess either Peugeot or Opel. Lancia, possibly? HH

Some cars may look old but never dated, always classic.

Look closely at the windshield frame and door hinges.

Rabbi got half of it, so, It's a 1933 Ford five window coupe. A lot of thought went into the design. What gives it the Euro look is the sectioned body and the stock roof line.

It still runs the fifties Cadillac engine and the Kelsey Hays wire wheels, probably from a Chrysler Imperial cause they have the same wheel lug pattern as the Ford.

The Brewster grille is the coolest touch of all. and the hood side panels are trick.

It was finished in 1955 and has changed very little. The builder and current owner is a guy named Ollie Hines.

For forty or more years it was a kind of teal color which fit the character of the car better.
