    Looks like your pixs above is different from the top one (real)...

    ... and take a look at the serial number of your photo -- IT IS SIMILAR to the one on the bottom pix

    let's see, cheap mount, cheap laser. I'd say the "aimpoint" is fake. And what's the use of a laser when you already got a red dot except for use with night vision goggles. No mistake, it's airsoft stuff
