We all pretty much agree that CCL Badges, Shashes, Buttons, etc....are not a good idea.
But in your opinion, after a confrontation and just prior to dialing 911, what can one do to let others know he's a legal CCL holder without getting shot by a third party....?

Not easy to handle. If no on still needs to be held at gunpoint, holster your weapon and immediately get on cell to 9-1-1. State loud and clear the location, that you've been attacked, that a person is down and you need police and emergency medical personnel. All this is consistent with good guys, not bad guys. Hope the witnesses are neutral and all have 3-digit IQs and can figure it out.

    best,
    Mas

Hmmmm.....IMO, the moments following chaos are sometimes not clear to most and cloudy at best.....taking a chance on the luck of the draw, literally.....is not comforting knowing there is no good way to declare your the GG and the BG is the one down to the bystanders....I dunno.

    Thank you for your comments....
