There is a single Allen screw on the rear sight. I tried loosening it but the sight wouldn't budge. Guess I still need a sight pusher? I just need to tweak it over a fraction of a millimeter.

You should call SW and ask what the exact size for the Allen screw, I forgot. I put on night sights to my M&P 9 full size, after you loosen it tap the rear sight using a drift/punch with a mallet or if you only have a hammer make sure you put some kind of painters tape, masking tape, electrical tape on the slide in case you miss and hit the frame.
