Interesting how the ACLU is interested in restoring convicted felons' right to vote, but not their Second Amendment rights. But if I understand this, Mississippi allows felons (after they have served their sentence) to vote in the presidential race but not in other races. But the state only maintains one set of poll books. And the lawsuit wants the state to maintain two sets of poll books to enable such felons to vote in presidential races. Seems to me the simplest solution is to stop allowing felons to vote in ANY election. I don't even know if what the ACLU claims is true about the state law allowing felons to vote in presidential elections. Anybody know? PS: This Mississippi Glockers section is about dead, huh?
