Couple weeks ago at gun show I found a G26 Gen3 made in USA it the only one I have seen in looking at 4 or 5 gun shows. One dealer had 2 of the same gun and I got the first one. Born date was I think 11-5-12.

I like your G19 I got my first Glock 6 months ago when I found a Gen4 in FDE and now have added the G26 Gen3 USA made. I am glad I got it before prices and availability have gone crazy!

Why not? I wasn't even aware Glocks were made here. Every pic I've ever seen has always been stamped Austria. I think the USA there is cool.

I doubt they are made on an assembly line by union workers. I think Glock would hire and train good people. Btw I paid union dues for over 40 years but when unions started spending so much time, money and resources defending crappy employees they lost a lot of my respect.

I also bought a made in USA G19 Gen 3 made in Dec 2012. They had 2 of them, consecutive ser numbers. I thought about getting the other one, except I was on the hunt for a Gen 4 G19. My American G19 has a darker finish on the slide compared to the Austria ones.

Do the made in USA Glocks have a tenifer finish? I hear the process was in danger of not being approved in the U.S.
