I have recently changed out all my glock pistols to a 3.5# connector. My question is do I also have to change out the firing pin spring also? If so how dow I know what lb my present spring is rated at?

No, you do not need to change out anything else unless you are experiencing some type of failure?
You can change out other parts if you want to experiment. Our Ultimate Trigger Sop is a good start http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Search.aspx?TERM=ultimate tri

The standard issue trigger spring for Glock pistols is 5 lbs.
