Okay, my whole premise might be messed up, but my understanding is that carry in National Parks is a NO-NO.

If so...according to my NC roadmap, ALMOST all of the extreme east coast of NC is a National Park area. According to the map it COULD well be "National Forest" (where I think CCW is ok?) since they use nearly the same shade of green in the key...:tongueout:

But I did notice at least one area out there NOT shaded in.

Anyone Carolina Glockers with some reccomendations?

Eh, not making any CONCRETE vacation plans. Just always wanted to check out the area. Don't really know what I'd DO down there besides "NOT count pills and bill insurance." ;) Laying and walking on a nice, quiet, NON-CROWDED beach sounds pretty good right about now though!
