A good line in customer service

    I was reading some stuff on a site (analogman.com) and he had a neat saying about customer service:

    "we will bend over backwards for our customers, but we won't bend over forwards"




    I thought that was pretty cool and it seems to make a lot of sense to me about how customer service should be handled in a private business.
