I do not ride this Brand, but it fits pretty well. I am just sick of commercials that tell me about restless legs,4-hour boners, how smart people are, and why I need to: sleep better,be more regular, buy more insurance, drink diet beer or pop, remove more dust, and why my restroom needs to smell like a lemon. Good Luck and Ride Safe:thumbsup:

That is a pretty cool commercial. Well, I don't believe so much in pistons the size of garbage cans (they don't move fast enough), but other than that....

I saw Willie G and Jay Springsteen ride together this past weekend at Mid-Ohio. Even though I'm not really a Harley guy, it was pretty cool. What Harley has done to return motorcycling to the American mainstream, even while giving a nod to the outlaw popular image, is damn near a public service. Now if only the freakin' RUBs can learn that choice of marque doesn't make one a motorcyclist. :)

At VMD I had a HD rider talk to me about how he rode a couple thousand miles last year, 'cause he's a biker and loves to ride (I'm in shorts, a CMP t-shirt and AlpineStars boots at the time; my buddy just had on jeans and a tan shirt.). Hey effer, my buddy here has over 30K on his '03 Electra Glide, and I've ridden over 1K in the past month...and that's including wrist surgery, but thanks for the lesson on bikers.

    Oh, a funny Kwak commercial:

More (heavily kawa because, hey, I just bought one!):

Great commercial. You gotta hand it to some one that is wiling to tattoo "Harley" on their body. I have never seen any one that had a Honda or BMW tattoo. I do have a good friend that has a Harley tattoo and rides a Goldwing. Hmmm?

  5. Tattoo's, chrome, loud pipes, etc......

If I have to explain, you wouldn't understand!!

Harley-Davidson has some marketing geniuses working for them and you have to give them credit for what they've done in the last 24 years since breaking from AMF. I bought a bunch of their stock years ago when they were ascending and made out well with it.

As for the 1-2K mile/year riders, Harley has found a lot of them. I ride a lot (9800 miles since May between my Harley and my BMW) and see herds of bikes, mostly Harleys, parked outside bars on perfect riding days. Yep, I'd sure rather sit in a dark, smokey bar than be out cruising beautiful roads on a beautiful day. But what would you expect from people who wear gloves with the fingers cut off.....

I'm glad to see that Harley is making money hands over fist. That's the American way.
