At the time of this writing, the controversial issue of United Nations elements entering the United States to carry out and enforce the 'confiscation' of all privately owned firearms and ammunition is pending approval by the president. Apparently the UN has been selected as the potential instrument of fulfilling the afore described objective, which is, of course, an emphatically bold affront (more colloquially referred to as 'gun grabbing') against the Constitutional Second Amendment.

The proposed initiative is buffered with an allowance for the right to keep and bear arms, as long as each individual projectile, casing and/or primer of each individual round of ammunition is marked with a codified, unique mark of identification - the same proposed method of identification is tentatively planned to identify individual long and hand guns. The enormous moral and financial burden this would oblige all arms industries, employees, private enterprises and law abiding citizens to submit to (re-tool for) is self-explanatory.

The issued proposal intends to render all firearms and ammunition presently owned by individual and collective law abiding American citizens as being illegal and accompanied by a requirement of surrendering of same, or compulsory 'confiscation' by UN elements.

Repeat: willful non-compliance with the above proposed 'ratification' of present firearms laws, effects 'criminalization' of any and all citizens who keep and bear privately owned firearms and ammunition, legally purchased or traded prior to the activation of the proposed ratification.

It is the considered opinion of this OP that the United Nations has been selected to carry out the tentatively incumbent action, because all American citizens - certainly and categorically including law enforcement and military personnel - are individually and collectively sworn to excercise not only the 'right', but the 'duty' "to protect the American Constitution from all of her enemies, be they foreign or domestic, whomsoever'; clarifying the obliged restraint of American and military institutions and personnel from carrying out any such imposed, anti-constitutional action. This fact being the self-explicit reason for any deployment of UN elements to carry out the proposed seizure of private, legally acquired and owned property.

This entry reiterates that the subjected Constitutional 'improvisation' would transform all law abiding citizens who refuse to comply with the proposed measures (that is, specifically, those who recognize the protection of, and comply with the untampered or 'ratified' Constitution 'shall not be infringed') to be officially categorized and treated as 'criminals'.

The above notation represents categorical disagreement and non compliance with any and all governments or individuals who would or will 'modify' or otherwise alter the Constitution, including the recognition and reminder that it is a crime to alter any government document.

Very sincerely - and best wishes,
    - Lakota
