    Mas,
I've been carrying my 19 gen 4 for SD purposes, never had a problem with it ever. I carry speer gold dot ammo on a day to day basis, what do you think is the best ammunition for my ccw? I've heard some of the lighter grain JHPs can misfeed.
    Thanks!

About the only time a lightweight bullet will cause feeding problems in a 9mm is when it results in a too-short OAL (overall length of cartridge) or is downloaded, creating a recoil impulse too weak to cycle the gun. We've also seen super-light (well under 100 grain) hypervelocity loads whose pressure curve was so different from the standard ammo the guns were designed for that they'd feed, but not cycle.

Any bullet weight of Speer Gold Dot factory ammo should feed fine in a properly functioning Glock 19.

    best,
    Mas
