Well I scratched my itch today and bought a new gen 4 glock 19. I also ordered some dies, and 124grn bullets to load up. I am looking for some loads and see what other people shoot. The powders I have on hand are Clays, VV N340, and AA#7. let the suggestions begin! I also wanted to add that the G19 is a nice addition to my G21 and G30.

Chris, a good place to start would be your reloading manual. There will be loads listed for those powders that should give you plenty of options for finding several comfortable recipes for whatever you wish to accomplish with your reloads.

+1 to what Jim said. IMO, Clays is too fast for anything but light target loads, AA#7 too slow for anything but top end, even +P loads. I have not tried any of the VV powders in handgun rounds.
