Those of you with factory 124 grain FMJ 9mm ammo, could you mike a few and let me know what the brand and LOA is? I'm looking ONLY for FMJ ball data (not hollow point). 124 or 125 grain is fine.

    Thanks.

LOA? LOA as in "Line of Aim." Or do you mean OAL as in over all length.

If you mean OAL I load my 124gr FMJ from 1.130" to 1.160". The last few hundred I loaded were 1.141".

From what I remember from when I checked (note - I have killed numerous braincells since I checked, so you may want to confirm this with someone else) factory stuff was around 1.15". I load mine in the 1.145-1.130 neighborhood with moderate charges (enough to make 130ish PF).

    1.130"-1.145" works w/ most 124grFMJRN.

WWB is 1.161. It's 115gr but that doesn't make a difference. We all are assuming you want this for your OAL for the ammo you plan to load. If thats true your doing it wrong. Start with the load manual and work it up using that data. I don't know anyone who has been doing this for a while that loads FMJ to that length. 1.130+ seems to be the norm for most people.
