I am physically sick about this. It happened in my town and I have been following the coverage since yesterday. I didn't know him personally but it sounds like he was a great man with an awesome personality.
Today I got on Facebook to check Spokane News which is a great little fb page that gives awesome coverage of all news that happens in spokane and I realize as I read through the comments that people are defending the sick murderers who did this. Apparently they caught one of them and the other is on the run still. HIs Facebook page is open to everybody if you search Kenan Kinard. What is the world coming to.
I wish the old man had been carrying that night.

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong spot, I usually just lurk.

The old WWII veteran needed to carry a USGI .45 cocked and unlocked.

It is a shame it has come to this.

It's amazing the amount of support these maggots are getting from their "fam". Again sorry if this is in the wrong spot or if I broke any of the forum rules I just had to post this story because it seriously disgusts me. If you go to spokane news on Facebook and read the story and the comments from some of these people defending the murderers it really shows how messed up some segments of the population is where they think that the kid is a "good person" even though he murdered an old man in cold blood. We have a whole generation of screwed up morally apathetic kids on our hands.

If you really wanna feel disgusted with the world go to this punks Facebook page and read some of the comments on his pictures. There is an astounding lack of respect for the loss of life. His friends are defending him, saying that he "is a good person and that he doesn't deserve any of the hate he is getting."
Well that old man didn't deserve to die, and in my opinion that thug deserves all the hate in the world and then a good ol' ass whoopin. And then a jail cell with bread and water for the rest of his life.... Still might be to good for him.

I drove by the site where this happened today. Still angry, even if they catch these turds. Senseless to do that to an old hero, let alone anyone.

  10. Yes, 99.5% agree w you.

Yet there's several here that will still defend them.

You have to get some thick skin here and you'll be fine.

    Welcome.

  11. No one here defended them. You lie.

My Dad would have been 90 this year. He was also a WW2 vet.

I wonder if our fearless leader will tell us that he could have been like these guys too. :faint:

Actually, he said someone "will" - not only is that probably true, but it isn't a lie, by definition, since it predicts a future event. Not to mention, you responded to his future prediction with a statement about what has happened in the past, that didn't address it. What sense does that make?
