Hey y'all... Did a concealed carry class today for a young man and his dad (a fellow club member). Jr is one of America's finest...West Point grad, 1LT in 82d Airborne, done a couple of tours in Afganistan. Jumps out of perfectly good airplanes and calls it fun, but I digress. Class went well as expected (took him ~1.5 minutes to shoot the required 30 rounds, including a reload), but the real surprise came at the end. When I thanked him for the opportunity to have him in class and also for his service, he palmed this to me as his way of saying thanks. Needless to say, I was shocked, pleased, flattered, honored...all at the same time. Jr definitely made this old man's weekend.
