45 Win Mag 230gr FMJ: Blue Dot or Power Pistol?

I have very limited data in my manuals. Anyone have a proven recipe with just either of these powders?

Primer: Fed 150 & 155 Test Firearm: L.A.R. Grizzly
Case: Starline BBL Length: 6 1/2"
Twist: 1x16" Trim-to Length: 1.193"
Bullets:

#8805 .45 Caliber (.4515) 230 gr. JHP OAL 1.550

Sorry, that didn't cut and paste well. No data on Power Pistol here, but Blue Dot is slower which better lends itself to magnum loads. Having said that, I've never cared for Blue Dot. Loud and flashy.
