.357 mag for CCW?

    Hello Mas,

I know caliber is a very subjective and personal choice when it comes to concealed carry. However, I am picking up a 7 shot snub nose revolver this weekend in .357 magnum. It will be an occasional CCW piece, but it will mostly be just a back up woods gun during archery season and regular rifle season for deer.

My question to you is, would you feel undergunned with this weapon and let's say...two speed loaders on the other side of the belt or in a pocket?

I really appreciate your opinion and all of the work you have done for the guns/shooting community! :wavey:

Assuming that its only function on a deer will be finishing shots on downed animals, your 7-shot .357 should make you well armed for both purposes.
    best,
    Mas
