Did some shooting today, including the .357 Mag Critical Defense I use as my defense round in my SP101. Something was wrong with one of the rounds. The shot itself didn't seem off, but the revolver wouldn't cycle for the next shot. Investigation showed that the primer had blown completely out of the round and was stopping the cylinder from turning. The primer pocket was blown all the way through. The case was also expanded so much that the rounds would not extract by hand. I had to use the bench and press down with my weight to extract the rounds. It was really tight. Has anybody experienced problems with this ammo? It was factory fresh, not reloaded, but acted like a double-charged reload. Wanna kill these ads? We can help!
